We offer a full take-off service to produce a bill of quantities, material schedules, tender quotations, cost plans and cash flow projections.

From our range of contacts, we can assist with the procurement of materials, services, sub-contractors and other specialists that may be required.

Single stage tender preparation based on a Bill of Quantities, including sub-contract and supplier package preparation, pricing quantities, schedule of materials, price comparison and a procurement schedule with quantities.

For design and build projects, we can compile a Contractors Proposals Document to be read in conjunction with the Employers Requirements. We can also provide a combined Employers Requirement/Contractors Proposals document to remove any ambiguities that may result in differences between the two documents.

COST PLANNING

Cost planning is a specialist technique used to help the design team to arrive practical and efficient designs for the project and to keep within the budget.

Effective cost planning will help to ensure that, once a realistic estimate is agreed, everything that follows is in accordance with it, from the successful contractor’s tender to the final project cost.

If plans change, variations are inevitably introduced, the cost planner will assess the cost implications and advise on the effects to the overall cost of the project. Effective cost planning results in better value for money.
